We have a lot of clients we do website work for that have run into problems using PopupDomination after upgrading to WordPress 3.3, so I've been searching around a bit with regards to the PopupDomination problem on WordPress 3.3. Looks like there is a fix that will allow you to use PopupDomination on your site and still be able to get into the Dashboard to manage your site.
In order to apply the fix, you need to be able to FTP into your site and update one of the PopupDomination plugin files....specifically popup-domination.php.
Once that's done, you'll be able to re-activate the plugin and it will work with WP 3.3, and you'll still be able to login to the Dashboard.
Once you have the plugin reactivated, I've heard that there is an "automatic" upgrade from the authors of PopupDomination available via the normal WordPress plugin upgrade method. If this is the case, you should be able to upgrade the plugin and you'll be good to go. Please refer to the following link which contains information about what to do...JUST BE CAREFUL!!
